Information you provide
When you use the Contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit so we can handle your inquiry. Newsletter signup collects the email address and any other information requested in the form to manage the subscription and send publication updates. Do not send payment-card details, passport numbers or other sensitive documents through a general inquiry form.
Device storage and site operation
My Trip saves selected stories in this browser. Newsletter topic preferences are also stored on the device; they are separate from an email subscription. Clearing browser site data removes those local selections. The website also uses WordPress, hosting, security, caching and form services needed to deliver pages and handle requests. Those services may process technical data such as IP addresses, request times and browser information.
The magazine’s performance feature records aggregate page-speed measurements. Its submitted measurement payload contains performance values, rather than a reader name or saved-trip list. Ordinary server and security processing may still involve technical request information.
External sites and service providers
External links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Providers that deliver hosting, security, forms and newsletters process information needed for those functions. An external link alone does not send your contact-form message or newsletter address to the linked destination.
Your choices and requests
You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter, clear this site’s browser storage, and control cookies through browser settings. Some settings may affect forms or saved features. For questions or a request concerning information you submitted, contact Full Access Media Group through the magazine and identify the relevant service. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information.
